Anapay provides a technology platform that allows users to initiate and manage payments that are processed by regulated third-party payment service providers and banks. Anapay itself is not a bank and does not hold customer funds or provide investment services. Regulated payment services, account access and any required KYC/AML checks are performed by our licensed partners. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
You agree to use our services lawfully and only for their intended purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and access information.
You agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, or interferes with the operation of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, hacking, gambling, pornography, distributing malware, or any other illegal activity.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Anapay's services are owned by Anapay or its licensors. You may not use any content without our prior written permission.
Our services are provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. Anapay does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free but we do our best to ensure that the services are available and working as expected.
Anapay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any new terms take effect.
